3. Provide an information tube, attached to your sign, and keep full of informational
flyers on your home.
4. Offer pricing guidance.
5. Prepare advertising, i.e. local newspapers, Tulsa World, Homes and Land Magazine
6. Hold Open Houses
7. Hold Brokers Open
8. Help coordinate showings on your home. Give you feedback on showings. Good or
bad.
9. Review contracts and represent you in negotiations.
10. Guidance in staging your home. Shawna is a licensed Property Image Consultant.
